Hello and a huge welcome to Bowbrook Caravan Site. There's a map of the site below.

Important

• Caravan and Camping Club exclusive: If you are not a member that you will not be able to book unless you are a previous customer. Existing customers, please fill in the form below with your previous booking code. We will confirm your booking and give you a call with availability.
• Facilities: Shower block, grey waste, chemical disposal, motorhome grey waste disposal, lakes, nature reserve, walks onsite, hot tubs and sauna available.
• Adult only: we are an adult only site. We made this decision as most of our visitors are couples looking for a quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of family life. No under 18's allowed.
• Bookings: Hot tub and sauna bookings can be booked through the "Pitchup website" Book Now >>>. We can't take payment over the phone, sorry. Caravan pitches are now exclusive to the Caravan and Camping Club. For existing customers please request a pitch through the form at the bottom of this page.
• Pricing and Extras. Price includes electric (up to £5 per night). Awning, Pup tents and Dogs included in this price.
• Check-in time: 1PM onwards
• Check-out time: Before 11AM
• Quiet time: 10PM onwards. Please enjoy your evenings under the stars a little more quietly after 10pm.
• Explore - we have 30 acres to explore. There's the bubbling brook to walk, lakes, and picnic tables dotted around the site. There's even a bird hide to watch the wildlife. We created a Nature Reserve in 2021.

Arrival

Please use the map below and onsite to choose your pitch. Get pitched up on arrival and call us on the number we send through for guests onsite. The number is also on both the entrance barrier and entrance gate.

Super Pitches: Caravans and Motorhomes with Hard Standing, Water, Grey Waste and Electric

Please choose any available pitch from 1-12 marked on the map below.

Grass Pitches - not available, we only have the 12 super pitches listed above.

Hot Tubs - minimum of 3 nights booking
Once you have pitched up next to your hot tub, you can start using the private outdoor area and picnic table. We will have emptied and refilled the hot tub ready for your arrival. The hot tubs may take until 5pm to reach the right temperature. On the day of departure, you can use the hot tub until 9am when we need to empty, refill and heat.

Sauna - minimum of 2 nights booking
Once you have pitched up next to the Sauna, enter the under cover area and enjoy. All you need to do is hit the power button and the timer will set for 99 minutes. Please allow 20 minutes for the sauna to warm up.

Camping

Sorry, we no longer have camping pitches. We are purely for caravans, motor homes and trailer tents.

WIFI CODE

The wifi code is displayed on the shower block and is changed every month.

Plans and Improvements

Following comments from last year, we have made the following changes. All feedback is very welcome so we can keep improving the site to make your stay more enjoyable.

• Motorhome Grey Waste Disposal
• Super Pitches now have grey waste with each pitch
• Lakes, wetlands and a Nature Reserve onsite, created with Worcester Wildlife Trust
• A 1km hard path around the estate for walking and cycling
  
• We've added an extra washing up sink for the lucky dishwasher :)
• Increased privacy between lodge site and caravan site
• New ramp to the grey waste to make it a little easier on the elbow grease
• Planted 2500 trees and shrubs along the road
• Planted 250 fruit trees including pear, cherry, apple, plum and damson
• Improved signage, more to come
• Removed all extra charges and dogs come free. Put up a dog waste bin
• New: 3 luxury glamping pods
• Introduced midweek lower prices
• Improved the wifi coverage and strength
