When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by incredible views in every direction. From Bredon Hill and the Cotswolds across the brook, to the Malvern Hills in the distance.


A NATURE RESERVE


You will be nestled in 30 acres of grounds, giving you the privacy to relax and enjoy the peace of the countryside. Around the property there is plenty to do, including strolling around the nature reserve, wetlands, lakes and the bubbling Bow Brook. Observe the shy Roe deer, graceful Herons and majestic birds of prey.


GOING GREEN AND HELPING THE ENVIRONMENT


We have a solar installation supplying 70% of our electricity. With over 3000 trees and 300 fruit trees planted in 2021, we are on a mission to go green.


OVER 80 YEARS AS A FAMILY RUN BUSINESS


First purchased as a mixed farm by John Jaques in 1937, then run as a market gardening farm from 1970 by his son Eric Jaques, and then Bowbrook Lodges was created by Matthew and Richard Jaques in 2017. Eric and Annie still live in the farm house and enjoy watching the recent developments.

Escape to your holiday lodge and indulge in year-round relaxation and fun. With our doors open 12 months a year, you can enjoy a getaway whenever you desire. Embrace the company of your furry friend as we are dog-friendly. For nature enthusiasts, our location is a ramblers’ paradise, offering endless opportunities to explore the great outdoors and immerse yourself in the beauty of Bowbrook.

INCOME POTENTIAL

Would you like our family run team to rent out your lodge whilst you aren't using it?


We already have holiday lets onsite so have everything in place to do all the heavy lifting for you would. We can handle everything including:


  • Cleaning
  • Laundry
  • Guest Messaging
  • Guest arrivals and onsite management
  • Maintenance


We only rent to 2 persons to increase profits and occupancy. We have found this reduces costs and wear to your shiny new lodge.


During peak periods, expect up to £190 per night with a hot tub and £150 per night without.

WALKS & PICNIC AREAS

There’s a hard path over a mile long around the grounds. We have a bird hide, bird boxes and insect boxes around the site to make your walks full of surprises. There’s also 2 picnic areas dotted around the site and marked on our site map.

Explore The Area

With The Cotswolds, Bredon Hill and The Malvern Hills within view - you have some challenging walks and bike rides nearby. Also, the River Avon is a 5 minute drive and the River Severn is a 15 minute drive.


THE COTSWOLDS & THE MALVERN HILLS


The Cotswolds are just a 15 minute drive and Malvern is 30 minutes. Broadway, Winchcombe, Bourton-on-the-Water, and Snowshill are all within easy reach.

Pershore is a 10 minute drive, Evesham 15 minutes, Worcester 20 minutes and Cheltenham 40 minutes.

What are your site fees?

Our site fees are £4200 per year.

When are you open?

We have a 12 month holiday license so you can enjoy your holiday lodge at any time of the year.

Can I rent out my lodge for holiday lets?

Yes. We can rent out your lodge for you and manage the cleans, laundry, maintenance and guest messaging.


Are family allowed to visit?

Your family are welcome to visit.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are very welcome. We have the perfect location for your furry friends.

How much are your lodges?

Our new lodges start at £120,000. This is for a 40 * 14 foot lodge with 2 bedrooms.

Is there an age limit?

Yes, the park is is for the over 55’s. We made this decision as all of our owners are over 55 and love the peace and tranquility offered at Bowbrook Lodges.
